Two Days into my New Website / Product Launch
It’s been two days into my New Free Membership Site Launch, www.im-organizer.com, and most everything is working great.
This is my first Website / Product Launch and I have had only a few small problems and I have having a great time.
I am using Mike Filsaime’s Butterfly Marketing Membership Site software to run my site. This is very powerful software, but is hard to learn and use. They do have lots of videos to help you, which was great for me. They also have a great forum where you can get help to fix any issues you have. I have had two issues before that their tech support were able to help me with through the forum.
I have one issue that has popped up since I launched my membership site. My members are having trouble downloading some of the PDF files and Zip Files. Everything works when downloading through Internet Explorer, but if they try to download through firefox, they have problems.
Either nothing happens when they click on the download link, or they get a file without the .pdf or .zip extension. I have contacted support and hope to get it fixed soon.
Overall this has been one of the greatest learning experiences I have ever had. I started this process in June of last year, 2009. The whole process of creating a new product and creating a membership site is a lot of work, but the rewards are great.
What a thrill, to launch my site, Internet Marketers Organizer, and then within a few hours see emails from PayPal showing people buying my One Time Offers. Its also great to see all the people signing up to my list.
One thing I want to do is Thank every one of my members that have send out emails and made blog post about my new website. Without the build in Affiliate program in my Butterfly Marketing Membership Site, I would have had a very small response to my launch.
Whenever someone joins my site, they automatically become an Affiliate for my site. They are then able to use all the Promo Tools, I have created for their use to promote my site. They get 50% commission on the two one time offers that everyone see’s the first time they sign up for my site.

I have created many different Promo Tools for my Affiliates to use. They have emails to send to their list, banners, safelist webpages, twitter messages, bonus boxes and more. Its smart to give your affiliates all the tools you can, so you make it easy for them to promote your products.
You hear or see all these sales pages saying make thousands of dollars with little or no work. Well be very careful, before you buy something like that. I have spend many hours working toward this goal, and have many more hours left. But if you stick with it, the rewards are great.
