I want to tell you about John Jonas. John is the expert in Outsourcing.
He only works about 17 hours a week and he doesn’t have to even work
one hour if he didn’t want to. He just gets bored if he doesn’t have anything
to do.
He shows you how you can only spend $100 to $300 per month to hire
someone from the Philippines for 40 hours per week. Now I know I can
affort to pay someone $100 or a little more a month. They will be making
a good wage for inside their county.
Think about this! If you had someone working 40 hours per week on
your business, how fast you can grow. Your employee could be doing
all the different tasks, that need to be done, but you never have the time
to do them. I know that’s my problem.

For as little as a few days of your pay per month, you can have someone
else work for 160 hours per month. This is such an awsome concept.
If you are like me, I am working a full time job for Carlton County, MN
in their Computer Department. This is 40 hours per week.
Now I work about 10 to 15 hours per week on my Internet Marketing
Business. Now I never have time to get all my ideas started and making
money.
Just think about it, if you have one person working for you five days a week,
40 hours per week. If they are doing your traffic building, social media,
blog posts, email support, help desk support and much much more.
This leaves you time to work ON your Business, NOT IN your Business.
John shows you how you can hire someone from the Philippines and

Here he shows you where to find Filipino staff. He tells us how to hire and
train them. What’s cool about the training, is just the first couple parts of
training is for you and 90% of the training is for your Filipino employee’s.
He talks about how we need to only use people from the Philippines, not
from anywhere else in the world. John says they are very smart and fast
learners. They are also very Honest and non-Entrepreneur.
What I mean by non-entrepreneur, is that they wouldn’t learn everything
about your business and leave, but that they will be very loyal and keep
working for you as long as they can.
So check out John Jonas’s website and even if you don’t join his coaching
program, signup for his email list and listen to his two fact filled audio’s about
his views on Outsourcing.
I know I am going to start looking at everything I am doing now and plan out
how I can train someone to do them for me. I am planning on breaking each
part of my business down and write up or video the steps for them to teach
them.
This is so important, and has me all worked up by all the possibilities with
having someone work 40 hours per week, freeing me up to think about future
projects and for me just to have some Free Time for my family and me. I can now
become the CEO / Owner and work ON my Business, NOT IN my Business.
