Lisa talks about how Ryan uses different techniques to get traffic to his blog.  Lisa does a great job of breaking down a website and talking about the good points and things a person needs to work on.

One of Ryan’s best techniques is to do Guest Posts on other Blogs.

From what I have read this is a great way to get traffic.  I haven’t used it yet, but plan to in the future.  You really need to write great posts, and not just a same old post you see everywhere.  You also need to pick good blogs that have high traffic.

Ryan also likes to Interview other Bloggers.  When he does this he gets great content for his blog, but most of the time he is getting good back links from the bloggers website.

This is a list of the Blogs that I read and comment on.  The list is not in any order of importance, but the top two are what I would think of as the Best.

Most of these blogs have a very high google page rank.  It’s a great idea to comment on these blogs for backlinks.  Even if the blogs have no-follow on their links, a lot of people will read your comments if you leave great information.  Some of these blogs have 10,000 or more visitors a day.

• ProBlogger – Darren Rowse is the writer and this is one of the Best Internet Marketing Blogs on the Web.  This is a Google Page Rank 5 Blog.  He also has another Blog called TwiTip, which is a great blog about getting the most out of Twitter.  This also has a Google Page Rank of 5.

• CopyBlogger – Copywriting Tips for Online Marketing Success – Some of the best information about copywriting on the web.  They have a Google Page Rank of 6.  Copywriting is one of the most important skills bloggers, internet marketers and affiliates.
• Entrepreneurs Journey -  Yaro Starak, a blogger from Australia writes this blog.  I first found out about Yaro, through his podcasts.  He interviews people in the blogging and internet marketing field.  His blog posts are great to read.  He has a Page Rank of 5 for his blog.
• Daily Blog Tips – This is blog I just found a few days ago, but from just the few blog posts I have read this is a great resource.  They have a Page Rank of 6.
• Seth Godin’s Blog –   Seth Godin is Seth is a writer, a speaker and an agent of change for the marketing world.  Deep thinking is what Seth is all about.  Check out his writing.  His Blog has a Page Rank of 7, which is the highest I have seen in the internet marketing and blogging world.
• Affiliate Tip – By Shawn Collins  – Shawn is mainly an Affiliate Marketer and we all can learn a lot from him.  He is the co-founder of the Affiliate Summit, the leading industry conference for affiliate marketing.  This blog has a Page Rank 5.
• Internet Business Mastery – This blog is writen by Jeremy Frandsen aka “Sterling” and Jason Van Orden aka “Jay”.  They are dedicated to helping you escape the 9-to-5 by turning your life’s passion into an extremely profitable internet business.  They have a google page rank of 4.

Subscribe to all these Blogs and put them into some kind of RSS Reader.  I use Google’s iGoogle and I can see the last four posts for all these blogs and more.

Shawn Collins is one of the top affiliate marketers in the world.  Missy Ward is also one of the top addiliate marketers.

They talk about how if you are a blogger, then you can use proven tactics to monetize your blog.  You can use videos, podcasts, Twitter, and photos.

This is a great resourse for learning how to monetize your blog and websites with affiliate programs.  They talk about where to find affiliate programs to join.
