One of the most interesting topics Eben’s ever studied is the psychology of PERSONALITY TYPES.

And it’s also one of the topics he gets the most questions about.

There is so much information, from so many sources about Internet Marketing, how can someone figure out who is a expert?

I have been learning about the Internet Marketing Business for about a year now.  I build my first website just because I wanted to help people with their computer problems.  I thought it would be cool to have a website that helped people with normal computer issues.

After the site was live, I needed to figure out how to drive traffic to it.  I had build the site and just figured it was there, so people would just come.  That didn’t happen. ;-(

This is when I started to learn about Internet Marketing.  Man was I hooked, you could make a website / blog and make MONEY off of it.  I found out it was very easy to addicted to learning about the internet marketing business.

I got every free e-Book I could get my hands on.  Joined many internet marketers e-mail lists.  Read blogs, forums, listening to IM Podcasts and anything else related to internet marketing.  One of the greatest places to get lots of internet marketing products for free was “Internet Marketing Giveaways“.

I didn’t have a lot of extra money to buy products, so getting them for free was great.  I learned a lot, but also learned that I needed to stop just learning, but to also start DOING!

OK, back to “can you trust internet marketing guru’s”?  I didn’t know who to trust at first, but by finding and reading everything I would, I started to learn more about all these different guru’s.

Here is a small list of a few of the top Internet Marketing Business Gurus.

• Frank Kern
• Mike Filsaime
• Shawn Casey
• Ewen Chia

These guys and more make 10, 20, 30 or more million a year.  The main thing I realized, is that these Gurus are just like the Store Owners during the 1849 Gold Rush.

During the Gold Rush, not very many miners got rich, but the people who did was the store owners.  They sold the tools, food and everyday essentials  to all the miners.  All of these Internet Marketing Gurus are all selling you the tools on how to get RICH and they are getting VERY RICH in the process.

I think this is one of the most important lessons I have ever learned.  Think about it.  I can’t take the credit for this, as I have read or heard about it before, but can’t remember from who.

Now TRUST can mean a few different things.  You can trust that these gurus are experts in the internet marketing field.  You can trust that the products that they sell are top notch and great.  You can also trust that their products are very expensive, but sometimes you can get a great deal.

The main thing I have found, is to find someone’s system to follow and stick with it.  You need to follow their system step by step.  Forget about what you already know, and just follow their system.  You will end up making a lot more money in the long run.

Just remember Rome wasn’t build in a day, and your Internet Marketing Business will take time for you to see results.
