He only works about 17 hours a week and he doesn’t have to even work
one hour if he didn’t want to.  He just gets bored if he doesn’t have anything
to do.

He shows you how you can only spend $100 to $300 per month to hire
someone from the Philippines for 40 hours per week.  Now I know I can
affort to pay someone $100 or a little more a month.  They will be making
a good wage for inside their county.

Think about this!  If you had someone working 40 hours per week on
your business, how fast you can grow.  Your employee could be doing
all the different tasks, that need to be done, but you never have the time
to do them.  I know that’s my problem.

For as little as a few days of your pay per month, you can have someone
else work for 160 hours per month.  This is such an awsome concept.

If you are like me, I am working a full time job for Carlton County, MN
in their Computer Department.  This is 40 hours per week.

Now I work about 10 to 15 hours per week on my Internet Marketing
Business.  Now I never have time to get all my ideas started and making
money.

Just think about it, if you have one person working for you five days a week,
40 hours per week.  If they are doing your traffic building, social media,
blog posts, email support, help desk support and much much more.

This leaves you time to work ON your Business, NOT IN your Business.

Here he shows you where to find Filipino staff.  He tells us how to hire and
train them.  What’s cool about the training, is just the first couple parts of
training is for you and 90% of the training is for your Filipino employee’s.

He talks about how we need to only use people from the Philippines, not
from anywhere else in the world.  John says they are very smart and fast
learners.  They are also very Honest and non-Entrepreneur.

What I mean by non-entrepreneur, is that they wouldn’t learn everything
about your business and leave, but that they will be very loyal and keep
working for you as long as they can.

So check out John Jonas’s website and even if you don’t join his coaching
program, signup for his email list and listen to his two fact filled audio’s about
his views on Outsourcing.

I know I am going to start looking at everything I am doing now and plan out
how I can train someone to do them for me.  I am planning on breaking each
part of my business down and write up or video the steps for them to teach
them.

This is so important, and has me all worked up by all the possibilities with
having someone work 40 hours per week, freeing me up to think about future
projects and for me just to have some Free Time for my family and me.  I can now
become the CEO / Owner and work ON my Business, NOT IN my Business.

Are you like me, doing all your own graphics for your websites?

When I started building my websites and learning about Internet Marketing, I was making all my own eBook covers, website headers, ect.  I spent many hours and days working on them to get them right.  Even then they were never very professional. 

If you want someone to buy your stuff, you want to make a great first impression.  Your website graphics are the very first thing someone is going to see, when they visit your site.  If they see bad graphics, they are going to think your product or service is going to be just as bad.

What I would recommend to you, is to find someone who does low-cost, professional work.  There are a few places you can find great help.  I know I don’t have lots of money to spend, but I have found great people to work with.

There are a few places on the internet where you can find help.

Design Outpost - Whats great about this service is that you post your project and post how much you want to pay.  You will get 3 to 5 people who will work on your project and submit their work to you.  Then you have a choice where you pick the one you like best and only have to pay that one.

Rent A Coder & Elance - Here you post your project and many people from around the world will bid on your project.  You can pick the one you want to work with.  What’s great, is you get bids from around the world and the prices you get from developing counties are very low.  You can get great work from overseas for a low cost.  Important note:  Make sure to check the ratings for the person you are thinking of using.  Rent A Coder and Elance both have rating systems for the designers.  When you are done working with someone on these sites you get to rate their performance.

Organize your Internet Marketing Business

I am in the process of creating a software program and started running into problems.  I have never been a great coder, but I can do a few basic things and know how to learn.  I was spending a lot more time working on this project than I planned and not getting other things done.

I then started attending Jeff Mills “Minnesota Online Marketing Mastermind” group that meets once a month in the Twin Cites.  Jeff recommends Outsourcing and talks about it a lot. 

What I did, is then get an account at Rent A Coder, and posted my project.  Very easy to post a project and I ended getting 30 or more bids on my project.  Bids were from $300 to $10 for my project.  I don’t have lots of money, so I didn’t want to spend much.  

What I did, is look through all the bids and checked out each bidder.  Everytime you have a project on Rent A Coder, at the end you get to Rate the coder.  You want to make sure that you check out the comments and ratings.

I ended up picking “ramywhite”, who is from Egypt.  Since the cost of living is so much lower, he was a great deal.  I couldn’t have picked a better person to work with.  Low cost for his work, and I would recommend him for any of your software coding projects.  Let ramywhite know I told you about him.

What I want to talk about today is Number 3.  “More Free Time”

When I started learning and working in the Internet Marketing Field, it has taken a lot of  time and effort.  At the beginning its a big learning curve. 

Internet Mark is a lot like an addiction.  I know I am addicted to this business.  I have been working hours and hours on my websites and products.  Seems like I never have enough time.

Jeff Mills has showen me the light.  I have gone to a few of his Mastermind Meetup Groups.  He belives in Outsourcing as much of your work possible.  One of the main reasons we got into this Business was because we wanted to have more free time to spend with our friends and family.
